What is printing ?

   Pad printing is a printing method, the 2-D images can be transferred to a 3-D object. This is done using an indirect printing process, the image is transferred from the involved complete cliche ( plate ),by a silicone pad onto the substrate.    The physical changes within the ink film are commonplace and the pad allows it to leave the etched image area in favor of the pad attached, and subsequent release of beneficial from adhering to the substrate pad.

Printing machine process

What is screen printing ?

  Screen printing is a printing technique using a woven mesh to support an ink blocking stencil to receive a desired image.

  The purpose of the template form is attached via the network as a sharp image transfer ink to an open area of the substrate .
  A scraper moves the screen template, forcing or pumping ink through the mesh during the squeegee stroke to wet the substrate.
